At The Kid Collective, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a return.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
